For the fastest possible case processing by us, attach the latest tax return, recent pay slip, valuation (if you own a home), FINN code and any other relevant documentation.
Expectations / conditions
Total debt should not exceed five times the total annual gross income. Loans can be granted up to 85% of the home value / purchase price, mortgage / side security is accepted for any lack of equity. To be granted a mortgage, you must have a minimum of 15% of the purchase price + costs in equity, or security in another property (for example, there may be security in the parents’ home).
Buying a home before you sell the old one?
If you want to buy a new home before you have sold your old one, you will need intermediate financing. We calculate how much money you can raise in existing housing.
