Payment remarks
Have you incurred a payment remark, do you have many expensive small loans, want to cancel debt collection or perhaps need assistance to find out who you owe money to? It is important to address the problems before ending up in a situation where forced sales and debt settlement are the only solution. You must be able to offer a mortgage on property you own yourself, or a mortgage with a mortgagee to have payment remarks deleted.
A mortgagee is someone who provides their own property as security for someone else’s loan. If the owner of the loan does not pay as agreed on the loan, the bank can demand that the mortgagee pay.

The bank must obtain security in housing or other real estate in order to be able to delete a payment remark.
In order to be able to refinance and / or delete payment remarks, it is required that you can offer up to 85% security in real estate, and that you have ability to repay the loan. It is assumed that the ability to pay in the form of fixed income, or that the repayment of the loan is based on future sales (within approx. 1 year). We have the opportunity to negotiate such a loan, also for those with payment remarks. It is mainly housing security and liquidity that count.
We work with several banks that help customers delete payment remarks: Bank 2, Bluestep, Nordax, Kraft Bank, MyBank and Balansebank. Once we have spoken to you and seen your situation, we will obtain an offer of refinancing from the bank or banks we believe will be right for you. The offer you receive is non-binding and the work we do is free for you as a customer.
Do you have any remarks?
You as a customer always have the right to receive information if you have payment remarks, and can check this yourself on Bisnode or Experian. If you want help from us, we can also quickly find out if you have payment remarks or debt collection. Then you get an overview of who you owe money to and how much. We also give you good advice on how to set up a repayment plan, or find a solution for refinancing payment remarks if possible. You must own a home that can be mortgaged or secured by a property owned by another owner (mortgagee) in order to be able to refinance a loan with a payment remark.
